These terms apply to your use of campusconnecthub.com and the CampusConnect web app and mobile apps (the “Services”), provided byIQLEXA Technologies Private Limited, 905, Gera Imperium Alpha, Kharadi, Pune 411014, Maharashtra, India (“IQLEXA”, “we”, “us”). Schools and institutions that subscribe to CampusConnect are also bound by their order form or agreement with us; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
1. Accounts
- Accounts for students, parents and staff are created by the school. Keep your login details confidential and tell your school if you think someone else has used your account.
- You must provide accurate information and use the Services only for legitimate school purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access data you are not authorised to see, or try to break or bypass security;
- upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or malware;
- overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Services except as allowed by law;
- use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages.
3. School data
Schools own the data they put into CampusConnect and are responsible for having the right to use it. We process it to provide the Services, as described in our privacy policy.
4. Fees and payments
Subscription fees for schools are set out in the school's quote or agreement. Fee payments made by parents through the apps are processed by third-party payment gateways under their own terms; refunds of school fees are decided by the school.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We continuously improve the Services and may change or retire features with reasonable notice where they materially affect schools.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, software, design and the CampusConnect brand belong to IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to a school is limited as set out in its agreement with us.
8. Termination
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the Services at risk. Schools may end their subscription as set out in their agreement, and can request an export of their data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
